Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and possess the ability to handle multiple priorities with ease.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks to support the CEO's daily operations
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a full-time position with regular business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
