Project Manager Supply Chain TransformationGraphic Packaging is seeking a Project Manager Supply Chain Transformation to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across our global value chain. This role is central to our mission of building a smarter, more sustainable, and more resilient supply chain that supports todays business needs while positioning us for long-term growth and innovation. The successful candidate will focus on automation, systems modernization, quality improvement, sustainability, and network optimization, driving measurable improvements in EBITDA, revenue, carbon reduction, and working capital. You will be responsible for shaping the future state of our supply chain, leveraging lean methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for breakthrough improvements. This is a highly visible role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting business cases to the C-Suite and working alongside plant-level operations teams. You will serve as a change agent, bringing strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority to drive transformation across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business cases that deliver tangible results in service, cost reduction, and operational efficiencyProvide clear communication, reporting, and accountability to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectivesLead teams to document current state processes and design future state workflowsManage external consultants and software vendors to implement tools that enable process improvementsOversee vendor relationships on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesLead initiatives in AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize processes and improve decision-makingCollaborate with IT to evaluate and select technology solutions that support transformationPartner with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Demand Planning to understand customer requirements and align supply chain processesDrive cost savings and working capital improvements through ideation workshops and scoping exercisesLead footprint optimization projects from business case development through operational executionUtilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience required) to support process alignment and reportingIdentify and lead initiatives to reduce Graphic Packagings carbon footprint and advance sustainability goalsBackground & Experience5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics with a focus on process improvement and project managementProven ability to influence without direct authority, driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groupsStrong knowledge of manufacturing business processes and systemsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insightsDemonstrated success in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects to completionSolid understanding of AI and automation systemsCreative problem solver with initiative, resourcefulness, and self-directionPrevious supervisory experience with a track record of inspiring and developing teamsExtensive project management expertise, including use of PM tools and methodologiesWorks well with other team members and leads by exampleEducation & CertificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related quantitative discipline requiredMasters degree preferredSAP experience preferredSix Sigma and PMP certification strongly preferredTravel10-20%#LI-HybridPay Range: $115,350.00 - $153,800.00Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
