An international law firm is currently looking to onboard a Mid-Level Fund/Leveraged Finance Associate to join their US Finance practice in Charlotte who serve half of the world’s largest banks and are recognised as a global market leader. They have banking and finance lawyers across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East and are recognised by Chambers & Partners as a ‘banking powerhouse’.
Experience:
The desired candidate should have three to five years of solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. You must have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant, sophisticated law firm transaction experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit.
