The role in client accounting/ project accounting Finance.

jOB Responsibilities (list key responsiblities of the job)

• Experienced Finance professional with background working in real estate industry
• Financial accounting and reporting functions for a portfolio of clients across various industries and regions.
• Collect data on transactional activities including vendor invoice processing. tax processing lease administration and cash receipt applications.
• Complete transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages. Creates and posts journal entries. Ensures that all expenses receipts owners distributions funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
• Review and audits funding and payment requests for accuracy documentation and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
• Responds to and resolves issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.
• Timely response to adhoc reporting requests.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

eDUCATION & eXPERIENCE Required

• Qualified Accountant (CPA ACCA CA or equivalent) with 10 years of experience in finance and accounting role.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Experience with one or more tools Excel JD Edwards PeopleSoft Cognos and Coupa/MyBuy/ Yardi Property Management
• Accounting background or good knowledge of general accounting processes procedures and financial statements.
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting preferred.
• PreferredHands on experience in working on Advanced Excel with Smart view Power BI Python Google Big Query Tableau Looker Google Slides SQL experience and familiarity with relational databases.
• Excellent Coordination & Collaborative skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and addressing issues
• Strong team leading and motivational skills performance reporting and tracking derive performance improvement ideas
