As a director, you will be responsible for profit and loss accountability, partner relationships, compliance, and overall strategy development in multiple incentive markets.Primary Responsibilities:Develop overall company strategy to monetize state-level incentives associated with the production and storage of solar electricity from residential rooftop solar systemsNear-term strategy should focus on targeting the most valuable incentive programsLong-term strategy should include all programs that provide a net economic benefit to the companyDevelop and implement processes to streamline the application and reporting requirements of the targeted programsThis will require collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization including sales, deal processing, technology, operations, finance, legal, and complianceResearch new state-level incentive programs and changes to current programsRecommend programs that provide the most benefit to the companyEnsure continued compliance with programs the company is currently participating inDevelop and maintain relationships as applicable with each state's program administrationAssist in the negotiation of 3rd party services that may be required to participate in the targeted incentive programsAssist in training and management of offshore resources that may be utilized in incentive program application processesEmployees in this role are responsible for leading and coordinating key functions of a project such as financial feasibility analysis, engineering/design, project legal review and financial negotiations. This role reviews and oversees the development of key project agreements.
