Job Title: Business Analyst
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain insightful Power BI reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to write and refine requirements and enhancements for various business processes.
- Create detailed mockups and visual representations of proposed solutions to facilitate understanding among team members and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support for existing applications and processes, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues as they arise.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
- Assist in project management tasks as needed, leveraging prior experience to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in Power BI and the ability to create impactful reports.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Familiarity with project management principles; prior experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and mockups.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional teams.
