Deephaven's headquarters are in Charlotte, North Carolina.Job OverviewThe Due Diligence Account Manager is responsible for managing the mortgage loan files process, ensuring compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between clients, investors, and internal departments to facilitate the review, verification, and resolution of any issues related to loan files.
