Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP must all be through AHA for this program.

On Call Requirement Details: On call after normal business hours and on weekends mandatory
