Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Estimator at Innovative Flooring Systems, LLC. In this role, you will assist Project Managers by completing project takeoffs, gathering material costs, and setting up proposals. This includes analyzing project specifications, communication with sales reps, and utilizing RFMS/Measure software. The Junior Estimator will also assist with project management tasks and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. We will provide training for our estimating software and internal workflows as needed. There is opportunity in this role to progress and grow within the company.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus
• Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications is a plus
• Experience in project management is a plus
