At Senior Helpers, we’re all about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where caregivers feel valued and empowered.
- Provide personalized care during overnight shifts, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Engage with clients through meaningful interactions, even during overnight hours.
- Monitor and respond to clients' needs throughout the night.
- Follow detailed care plans and communicate effectively with the office team.
- Experienced Caregivers: 1+ year of professional caregiving or substantial experience caring for family or friends.
- Bright, enthusiastic personalities who bring joy to overnight care.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Background checks and drug screenings required.
- Competitive Pay: $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.
- Generous Benefits: 5 sick days, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and bonus programs.
- Ongoing Training: Hands-on and online courses, including specialized certifications in dementia and chronic care
- Train hands-on in our Center of Excellence, where we provide a mock-home environment to gain realistic training in
- 6 Months of continuous monthly online training provided, including dementia, Parkinson's, chronic conditions, hospice, and more
- Free Gear: Scrubs and PPE provided for your comfort and safety.
- Supportive Team: Our 24/7 office staff is always here to back you up.
