The LTL Services Representative receives, audits and processes LTL carrier invoices that will result in an accurate invoice to our customer.As part of the audit process, the Representative will:Contact carrier when invoices are not receivedMatch invoices to shipments when reference number is missing on carrier invoiceUpload documents including Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection CertificatesAudit, dispute and resolve LTL carrier invoicesOther duties or responsibilities as assignedRequirementsMust be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environmentSkilled in both verbal and written communicationStrong computer skillsAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and OutlookCustomer first mentalityCustomer service experienceLTL invoicing audit experience preferredLTL experience preferredPay & BenefitsCompensation commensurate on experience100% Paid Family Medical BenefitsPTOHSA and Dependent Care FSA401(K) PlanProfit-Sharing PlanPhysical Requirements:Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
