Harrisburg Construction InspectorBFW Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team, supporting infrastructure projects such as lead service line replacements, sanitary sewer systems, and other utility installations. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience, technical expertise in construction inspection, and a commitment to quality and compliance.BFW Group is a construction project management agency that works with owners and construction management partners to build amazing structures that positively impact the community. We specialize in Construction Project Management, Construction Administration, QA/QC, Project Inspections, Budget and Voucher Management, Project Controls, Safety, Owner/Tenant Representation, Land Development Consulting, and LEED Administration.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect and document daily construction activities for water, sewer, and stormwater projects.Supervise utility installations, removals, and replacements.Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.Review construction documents, specifications, and submittals.Maintain accurate as-built drawings and progress reports.Attend coordination meetings and participate in public outreach.Track time, materials, and assist with pay application reviews.Minimum Requirements:8+ years of construction inspection experience, preferably with utilities and infrastructure.Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.Relevant certifications (OSHA 10, NASSCO, MARTCP, ACI, SHA, Erosion/Sediment Control, etc.).Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.Onsite presence required.Benefits:Competitive salary, medical/dental insurance, disability coverage, PTO, 401K, and more.Please send your resume to hr@bfwgroup.net.
