NOW HIRING: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the RN or physician.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Uphold high standards of care and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
