Job Summary:
BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is seeking highly compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a PCA HHA for day shifts in Beaufort, South Carolina. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field within our franchise. As a PCA or HHA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to clients in their homes to improve their daily living and overall well-being.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Assist with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments and activities
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent quality of care
Requirements:
- Valid HHA or PCA certification
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the healthcare/medical industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others
