Senior Transmission Line Designer

Description We are seeking a Senior Transmission Line Designer who will work as a member of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission.The successful candidate will serve as a designer on electric transmission line design projects for high-voltage (HV) and extra high-voltage (EHV) overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country.This person will work independently with the direction of an engineer, applying engineering standards in the design of electrical overhead and underground transmission line systems, reconductor projects, greenfield projects, brownfield projects, structure replacement projects, and various other types of projects. Additionally, this person will perform engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, draft plans and specifications, prepare material procurement and construction documents, and all aspects of transmission line design.
