They are driven by curiosity, passion, optimism and believe that everybody can grow.What You Will Do:Consistently nurture a strong working relationship with your client by effectively communicating details on their sourcing request and provide an elevated level of customer service.Meet with clients to discuss the vision of their event and hotel/venue wish list.Expertly RFP the perfect properties for the client.Professional negotiation skills to get the absolute best deal for the client at the property of choice.Remain the point person for the hotel and client throughout the contracting process, ensuring the contract is completed with a cherry on top.Possess organizational superpowers: Thrive on order and have a knack for keeping every detail under control, no matter how complex.Post event reconciliation is the final mission on each program.Very minimal travel for occasional on-site visits.What We're Looking For:Hotel and meeting venue sourcing experience over the last 3-5 years.Incredible communication skills to articulate your vision, inspire, and motivate.Highly motivated at meeting timeline expectations.Self-starter, love to laugh, and manage the journey.Problem-solving mind that can handle any unexpected twist.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Possess organizational superpowers.4-year college degree or equivalent experience.Vast amount of experience with Cvent and are not afraid of technologyA passion for providing unparalleled levels of hospitality and consultative service.Location: United StatesThe US national base salary range for this position is from $55,300.00 - $102,700.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
