Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading and managing the daily operation of the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targetsSupervise all Multi-Tenant Sales staffMonitor the payroll process and ensure that all commissions are calculated properlyRecruit, interview, hire, train and guide Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partnersSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales team will consist of approximately 80% office work and 20% field workCommunicate with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategyCommunicate and manage leads while monitoring territory assignments for all Multi-Tenant personnelHandle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etcPerform other duties as requested by leadershipRequired QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishValid drivers license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insuranceRequired EducationBachelors degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience requiredRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales experience - 2+Sales management experience - 2+Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferredPreferred QualificationsPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of Company products and services preferredWorking ConditionsOffice environment, with occasional field supportTravel as requiredCompensationThe base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $136,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
