The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage and oversee mechanical and fire protection projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within the stipulated time and budget. Develop and execute project plans, including risk management, quality control, and communication plans. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure that all fire protection and mechanical systems adhere to industry standards and regulations. Identify potential issues or risks that could affect the progress of the project and implement appropriate solutions. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards. Responsible for the overall success and quality of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and business objectives. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fire protection and mechanical systems. Proven experience managing and leading large-scale projects from inception to completion. A strong understanding of fire protection systems and mechanical engineering principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Proficient in project management software and tools.
