Senior Accountant

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll entries.
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, credit cards, and bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and equity roll forward schedules.
- Ensure Company transactions are compliant with GAAP, regulations, and internal Company policies.
- Stay up to date on changes in accounting regulations and standards and collaborate with leadership to implement necessary changes and adjustments to accounting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations for external audits and collaborate with auditors during the audit process.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training as needed to other accounting staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and management to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Large ERP experience
- Advanced Excel required
- Excellent communication skills
