This includes managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, and mitigating supply chain risks./ppKey responsibilities:/pulliIdentify, evaluate, and qualify new and potential suppliers to expand and diversify the supplier base./liliLead the sourcing process, including requests for proposal, information or quote order placement while ensuring activities comply with company policies procedures./liliNegotiate long-term contracts and other agreements with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms and conditions./liliBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to foster innovation and ensure supply chain stability./liliResolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery and service./liliDrive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or supply reliability./liliDevelop and implement strategies to minimize risk associated with supply shortages, price volatility and other potential disruptions./liliWork closely communicate effectively with internal stakeholders suppliers to understand material needs and align sourcing strategies./li/ulpEducation and experience:/pulliBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
