Manufacturing Operations ManagerOversee daily production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Manage staff, optimize workflows, control inventory, maintain equipment, and meet targets. Bridge shop floor activities with strategic goals through process improvement, including lean manufacturing, and data analysis for continuous improvement.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing and supply chain environment3+ years of experience in supply chain management, including warehouse operations, production planning, and procurement3+ years of experience in metal fabrication supervision3+ years of experience in electrical assembly supervision2+ years of experience in quality or quality managementExperience implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and Visual FactoryExperience leading cross-functional teams in both a prototyping and low-rate high mix manufacturing environmentAbility to enforce safety regulations, ensure compliance, manage maintenance, implement quality control measures, and identify and analyze bottlenecks and waste for continuous improvementSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in an Engineering or Management fieldAdditional Qualifications:Experience with ERP implementationsExperience in government or Department of Defense manufacturingExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and ERP systemsAbility to monitor inventory levels, manage raw materials, and coordinate supply chainsAbility to supervise production teams, provide technical guidance, and handle hiring, training, and performanceAbility to generate and brief manufacturing and supply chain reports to upper management, analyze financials, and contribute to long-term strategic planningAbility to formulate strategies for growth and business developmentPossession of excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, project management, and data analysis skillsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
