Job Description

Under limited supervision, responsible for the design, building and implementation of Pharmacy-related CPOE, BMV, and EMAR EPIC functions. Supports resolution of all general computer relates issues within the pharmacy department. Provides resource expertise and training to Nursing, Pharmacy and Medical Staff with regards to pharmacy-related EPIC functions. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, the candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D. degree. Ten years hospital pharmacy experience preferred. EPIC and Pyxis experience within the past 6 months is required.
