A healthcare client is looking for a Medical Claims Examiner


Location: Aurora, CO 80014 (Fully remote)

Position: Medical Claims Examiner

Pay Rate: $28.48/hr

Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension and conversion to perm role

Expected Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

100% REMOTE but must be 2.5 hour driving radius from Denver due to equipment provisioning, equipment troubleshooting, ad hoc meetings, etc.


Job Responsibilities:

Review medical claims that are held with a pend or hold code and using our desk level procedures to apply appropriate guidelines for processing the claim. Usually these are duplicate holds, manual pricing required or determining if there is an authorization for the services.

Technologies may this person interact with are Outlook, TEAMS, SHAREPOINT, EPIC, Desk Level Procedures, Webstrat.

Claims experience is the primary skill needed for the positions.


Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED – Required

3 years Claims processing experience.
