This role involves establishing and directing performance objectives for production, safety/regulatory compliance, shipping, planning, receiving, and maintenance. A strong emphasis on developing a positive and productive work culture, resolving employee issues, and fostering effective communication is essential.Skills & ExperienceExperience: A minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience with a strong focus on leadership and employee relations.Education: Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with equivalent experienceKnowledge: Deep understanding of planning and processes in a recycling environment, with a strong grasp of local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. Knowledge of SAP and accounting principles (AP/AR duties) is preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the company, from line workers to senior management.Abilities: Proven ability to write clear reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to present information effectively to groups, managers, clients, and customers.
