Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution: Design, build, and launch engaging email campaigns using Klaviyo. Create automated email flows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with our design team to produce visually captivating email templates with Figma. Strategy and Planning: Partner with the marketing team to formulate email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to uncover trends and opportunities. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Utilize insights to continuously optimize email content, design, and targeting strategies. A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Analyze test results to guide future email marketing initiatives. List Management: Oversee and segment email lists for targeted and personalized content delivery. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure unified messaging. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and insights regarding email marketing endeavors.
