Financial Accounting AnalystFantastic West Knoxville Company is seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst. Salary: $70,000-$75,000. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision.Full-time Analyst position with financial and accounting emphasis.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in month-end closing activitiesAssist in all balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedulesCreate and maintain additional accounting reports and dashboards for management as neededAssist in inventory managementMaintain fixed asset filesAssist with state F&E tax, business license, and sales tax filing and proceduresAnalyze current procedures and recommend changes to develop and implement best practice accounting and reporting proceduresConduct in-depth analysis in all aspects of the business to help identify trends and informed decision makingSpecial Projects as it relates to analysis and reporting in accounting, sales, inventory cost, production labor, etcAble to navigate different reporting portals needed for month end closing and dashboard reporting needsInventory management assistanceAssist State F&E, sales tax, and business license management through state website portalsRequirements3-5 Years in accounting with upward momentumQuickBooks Online proficiencyStrong Microsoft Excel knowledgeGeneral understanding of bill.comCritical and analytical thinkerStrong attention to detailGood problem solverMust be highly organized and able to prioritizeMust be a self-starterAdaptable to changing environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
