This role requires a passion for food, liquor, beer, and wine, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining a guest-first focus.Key responsibilities include:Directly supervising all unit management and indirectly supervising non-exempt employees during restaurant operations.Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.Planning and analyzing unit's manpower, ensuring sufficient development and training of all employees.Ensuring proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.Accountable for accurate financial data and preparing financial reports.Physical requirements include extensive standing and walking, exposure to various elements, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Education level required: High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
