Job Summary: Join our bustling logistics operations in Kansas City, Missouri, as an Order Picker We are looking for efficient and accurate individuals to become a key part of our fulfillment team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring speed and precision. You will also assist with organizing inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to all company Safety guidelines. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a good eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We value teamwork and offer comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your role is essential in getting orders out the door accurately and on time. This position requires consistent Lifting of product. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to guarantee your safety and expect all team members to follow strict Safety protocols. This is a great entry point into the exciting world of logistics.Responsibilities: Accurately pick products according to order sheets and pick lists. Verify picked items against order details for accuracy. Stage picked items for the packing department. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment. Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting devices. Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines. Report any damages or discrepancies immediately. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals. Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience as an Order Picker is a plus. Must adhere to all Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
