Job Description

Insight Global is actively working with one of the nation's top residential builders to identify a Construction Manager for the Myrtle Beach, SC market. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, and upkeeping customer satisfaction. In this particular role, the candidate will split time between the Myrtle office and in the field, doing walk throughs of homes throughout different phases of construction. Our client is looking for someone who wants longevity, along with a rich and rewarding career. There is extensive room for growth and career achievement, and they will support and train along the way.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of construction management experience
  • Ability to manage construction processes, ensuring that trade performance is meeting expectations, costs are controlled, budgets are managed, and customer service is top notch
  • Strong customer service and sales skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • New build or residential construction experience


Compensation:

$65,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
