Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. This role requires proactive problem-solving, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel at managing field crews, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining project schedules. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in construction management software. Experience with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD.
