Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in both California and Federal courts.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Conduct research on specific court rules and procedures

- Manage case files and maintain documents in electronic databases

- Coordinate document production

- Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and attendance at trials

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel

- Utilize calendaring and document management systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred

- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices

- Proficiency in calendaring and document management systems

- Familiarity with document review processes and e-discovery tools

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
