Senior Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of our core practice areas, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law, real estate, trusts and estate planning, criminal law, and general litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of our core practice areas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
