Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at FAIRWAY Independent Mortgage Corp., NMLS: 2289 in Lancaster, PA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations, develop business strategies, and ensure compliance within the branch. Sales and Operations also fall under your guidance.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in the mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
  • National NMLS licensing preferred, however, PA NMLS license is sufficient.


Our Office:

  • Located in Lancaster, PA with a large territory to grow into.
  • Able to lend in DE and MD with potential to grow into other States
  • 6 FT originators on staff and one is our acting Sales Manager
  • 1 PT Reverse Mortgage Specialist on staff
  • Opening, Processing and Closing specialists are on staff
  • Underwriting is done remote, to allow them to focus on approving loans and clearing conditions
  • Strong brand and history in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
  • Office was opened in March of 2006
