Picture yourself starting the day with warm welcomes, managing patient communication through various channels, and coordinating appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits with precision. Your organizational finesse will shine as you tackle administrative tasks, ensuring our patients receive top-notch, compassionate care.All that we need from you is the following:High school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPMProficiency with Microsoft Word and OutlookKnowledge of business office operations and basic bookkeeping principlesKnowledge of HIPAA regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with great phone etiquetteExcellent customer service skills1+ year of experience with ECW-eClinical WorksAbility to type 45 words per minuteMust be able to speak SpanishHaving at least 1 year of medical office experience is preferred.Our Mission At AMA Medical GroupEstablished in 2010, we are an adult primary care practice.
