Exciting Opportunity:
If you are looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field, we have a rewarding position available for you. As a Case Manager at JFK Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks related to patient care and management. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Conducting integrated concurrent review for utilization, quality, and risk
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinating patient care with an interdisciplinary team
- Managing patient resources effectively and efficiently
- Communicating promptly and accurately with insurance providers
Requirements:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in California or related health care professional
- 1-3 years of Case Management/UM experience in an acute care setting
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in Medi-Cal is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
