Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and materials.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain effective project management practices and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
