Candidates will be responsible to align across the supply chain organization, collaborate with customers and other cross-functional team members, to create a material strategy, develop cohesive approach to meet the program capacity requirements, and manage the material budgets during contract execution.Essential FunctionsAlignment with Segment Operations strategy for Programs and Operational capacity planning; ensuring time-phased approach to meet operational capability to support Customer & business planning.Align PR to PO and PO expediting with Procurement and other COEsPrimary counterpart to Customers, Business and PMOs/Operations on timing/requirements for meeting Program Surge rates & timingSupport Supply Chain financial forecasting and EACs requirements (Earned value may be required).QualificationsBachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior supply chain experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 to 2 years of prior supply chain experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior supply chain experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Security Clearance would be preferred, but not necessary.Master degree or focus in supply chain preferred.Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, as well as MRP/ERP system knowledgeStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task project actionsCommunication skills to lead meetings and develop presentation packages and business case analysis for review with business leadersL3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
