Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day housekeeping tasks, including laundry, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The role is based in Long Beach, CA.


Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, Housekeeping, and Laundry skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Opera PMS knowledge is a plus
  • IHG Brand knowledge is a plus
