Our commitment to employee growth and development is demonstrated through our offering of facilitated courses and certificate programs and our investment in resources that enable self-paced learning.Role OverviewThe Senior Specialist, Product Marketing, Lifetime Value manages and supports integrated communications initiatives across multiple channels, including push notifications, pop-ups, social media, and email. This role oversees the development and execution of a cohesive content schedule and calendar to ensure timely and consistent engagement with app users. The position curates design and project assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. This position also supports customer segmentation initiatives to enhance customer targeting, coordinates licensing and event communications, and contributes to end-consumer education and in-office support activities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing & Lifetime ValueParticipate and contribute in weekly meetings with the international team on in-app content directionProvide content suggestions based on product knowledge and creative trendsManage in-app content launch schedule and track projects supporting in app content as neededAct as subject matter expert for the connected portfolio of products to support in-app feature developmentDevelop channel content strategies that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, new feature rollouts, and creativity educationOversee the production of content in various formats, such as blog posts, videos, social media updates, and marketing materialsSupport brand positioning and messaging for crafting, sewing, embroidery, and creative technology productsincluding hardware, software, app features, and educational offeringsMonitor competitor messaging and consumer trends in crafting, personalization, and content creation to inform brand strategyManage and maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, seasonal trends (e.g., holiday crafting), and marketing prioritiesLead customer survey projects with research and A&I teamsFacilitate focus groups and other research opportunitiesLead smaller brand initiatives independently, such as content refreshes, initiative brainstorms, brand tone updates, seasonal kits, or storytelling for niche product linesAnalytics & ReportingUse data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and make data-driven adjustmentsCommunicate new ideas and recommend changes to the workflow when neededUtilize Tableau dashboards to uncover trends and build meaningful insightsStay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunitiesInform product roadmap through customer understanding and dataSchedule and lead regular leadership updates to communicate insights and report out on findingsEvents & Consumer EducationTravel and support tradeshows and events when neededFacilitate booth set up with machines and marketing materials, coordinationCollaborate with the hardware team on the event booth and planningSupport digital educational programs and classes when needed with proofing scripts and on site support with filmingWork with Digital education manager to bring awareness to in app educational activitiesExperience & QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management such as launch planning, account management, competitive analysis, promotional planning and deployment of traditional/digital marketing campaignsExperience working independently and collaboratively across the business to achieve resultsSoftware/Technical SkillsKnowledge of Tableau and analytical dashboardsKnowledge of Creative Tools (Canva)Knowledge of project management tools (Workfront)Other Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team; team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a positive dynamic to drive projects forward; ability to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to create and execute presentations to varying audiencesStrong communication skills (verbal/written/interpersonal)Strong attention to detail & organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadline requirementsStrong business acumen with an analytical, data-driven approach; ability to identify and seek needed information (excellent research skills)Ability to research trends, translate to insights, and map to content calendarAbility to proof and write content copyAdditional Details for This RoleThis role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-HybridBase SalaryThe targeted base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year.Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.Additional CompensationThis position is eligible for a 5% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.Our BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package with diverse plan options to meet your family's needs, including health, vision, and dental insuranceall effective from day one of employment.
