Senior Program ManagerOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a dedicated Senior Program Manager to join our Data Center Organization's Low-Voltage Vendor Management team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive program management experience, who will contribute to the successful execution of our data center projects by effectively managing low-voltage vendor relationships and performance. The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing vendor activities, ensuring that Oracle's data center builds are completed within schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Vendor Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for low-voltage vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Facilitate regular meetings, provide project updates, and address vendor queries promptly.Contract Administration: Assist in reviewing and understanding vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Work closely with the legal and procurement teams as needed.Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to track vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with vendors to enhance performance.Resource Planning: Work with the project management team to forecast and allocate resources required for low-voltage installations, ensuring availability during critical project phases.Site Coordination: Coordinate with on-site teams to understand specific low-voltage requirements and ensure vendor compliance with site standards and regulations.Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address any issues or concerns related to low-voltage vendors, providing timely solutions to minimize project impact.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including vendor-related information, and share best practices across the organization.Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing risks associated with low-voltage vendors, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.Vendor Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with vendors, fostering a partnership approach to achieve mutual success.Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various internal teams, including Construction Management, Design, and Operations, to align vendor activities with overall project goals.Requirements:56 years of experience in a program/project management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant tools for performance tracking.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Knowledge of data center operations and an understanding of low-voltage systems is preferred.Experience in vendor management or procurement is highly desirable.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
