Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Odessa, TX Distribution Center. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking all orders that flow through the warehouse according to company procedures while following safety practices and rules. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for all receiving activities including the loading and unloading of material. Operating a forklift and computer are required along with the ability to lift heavy material up to 50 pounds.How You Will HelpOperating a stand-up forklift truck to pick and package all customer orders consistent with company standardsReceiving and putting away all incoming materialLoading all outgoing material and unloading all incoming materialPackage UPS shipmentsClean designated areas of warehouse as neededLabel material according to customer specificationsMove material to new locations as neededMust follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentAll other duties/tasks as assignedWhat You Will BringRequires standingRepetitive use of both handsConstant awareness of surroundingsRequires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Job BenefitsShift available: 1st ShiftHealth benefits, 401k and Paid Holidays40 hours of paid personal time (prorated)Vacation accrual - Two weeks per yearAbout ASC Engineered SolutionsFollowing the 2019 merger of Anvil International and Smith-Cooper International, the unified company relaunched in March 2021 as ASC Engineered Solutions.
