Janitor Position At Summit Point Motorsports Park And Training FacilityFounded in 1969, Summit Point Motorsports Park and Training Facility provides Commercial Motorsports events along with customized Security and Emergency Medical training solutions on our 786-acre facility located in Summit Point, WV. We take pride in providing tailored solutions for clients in an ever-evolving world.We're looking for Janitor personnel to support our peak Motorsports season. This is a full-time, seasonal role scheduled Friday through Monday (40 hours/week)ideal for those who thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.You'll help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings and grounds during the busiest part of our calendar. A professional demeanor and keen attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to collaborate within a strong team dynamic.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment.Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment.Removes and disposes trash following the appropriate policies.Other duties as assigned by manager.Why Join UsBe a part of a dynamic team at a premier training and motorsports facility.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.RequirementsJob Requirements and Qualifications:Required:Requires a high school diploma with 0-1 year of general cleaning work experience.Must have a valid driver's license.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 100 pounds.Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment. Most of the work is performed in outside weather conditions.
