Guide a dedicated team, respecting your clinical judgment and leadership.

Deliver top-notch care while upholding the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct full mouth exams and accurately diagnose dental conditions.
Offer and discuss tailored treatment planning options with patients.
Provide high-quality and efficient clinical treatments.
Work with the Operations team to meet financial objectives, maintaining budget awareness.
Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Minimum Job Requirements for the Managing Clinical Director Dentist position

DDS/DMD
Three (3) years of experience in a Dental Leadership capacity as a Dentist
Wisconsin licensed or eligible to obtain.
