Landscaper Positions AvailableLiqui Green, Inc. dba Liqui Green Turf & Tree Care headquartered at 570 South Commercial Dr., Grand Junction, CO 81505 is looking to fill eight Landscaper positions from March 15, 2026 to October 15, 2026. This is for full-time, peak-load temporary employment.Duties include the following: The worker will perform landscape maintenance activities at residential and commercial properties, including mowing and edging lawns using power mowers, trimmers, and edgers; mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, dethatching, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls; caring for established lawns and landscaped areas to ensure proper upkeep and appearance; maintaining sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other ground features by cleaning, sweeping, or removing debris; and pruning or trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges as needed to maintain appearance and promote healthy growth. Tree trimming duties will be performed from the ground only; employees will not climb trees or use aerial lifts.Experience/Special Requirements: One month of lawn care experience required. Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty lbs. frequently throughout the day.$20.02 per hour with overtime available at $30.03 per hour, based on hourly rate. 40 hours per week from 7:00 am to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Returning workers and workers with experience may be paid higher wage rates. Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Daily travel to worksites in the area of intended employment is required. The requested temporary workers will be based at 570 South Commercial Dr., Grand Junction, CO 81505, and will service clients within the Grand Junction, CO area, including the counties of Mesa County. Employer provides transportation to and from all worksites.Single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay period is bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Employer arranged housing available at a weekly payroll deduction for up to $100.00 per paycheck. The offered housing is optional to workers. All deductions required by law. Transportation, including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging, to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed by a company check, separate from the payroll check, if the worker completes half of the employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back to home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period only to the extent that this guarantee is enforced by the Department of Labor.
