If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to youTitan Security is currently hiring Security Officers to work at a location near the Bay City area.Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationConduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized personsControl access for patrons, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentMaintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packagesRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of Security Officers:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of Security Officers:1 year experience as a security officerBi-lingual considered a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office softwarePay and Benefits for Security Officers:Starting at $12.48 / hour, depending on experience, location and positionPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical and dental insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V#HP
