Position Purpose and Objectives

As a Senior Brand Manager in the Health & Wellness category, this position will own the portfolio of nutritional supplements under the XYMOGEN brand. As Senior Brand Manager, this position will oversee growing and bringing XYMOGEN to the next level in the consumer and practitioner channels, with a larger focus on the consumer channel. It’s a great opportunity for self-starters to grow and optimize all aspects of the business. This includes upholding the brand positioning and identity, improving the product portfolio, implementing product portfolio extension and new product launches, optimizing content & design.

 

The Senior Brand Manager will work closely with digital performance marketing, content & creative, ecommerce, as well as supply chain and sourcing teams.

 

Essential Job Functions
  • Will oversee both content teams
  • Identify key levers for growth and build the optimization plans
  • Define product content and branding optimization priorities and implement changes with creative & design teams
  • Analyze marketing trends and customer needs, and define product evolution and range extension priorities
  • Execute the annual business plans to deliver against brand OKRs and KPIs
  • Secure alignment to plans and targets across key cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead development and oversee execution of integrated marketing plans across our practitioner and consumer channels
  • Ensures that projects, department milestones, and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
  • Commercialize new product launches & claims
  • Analyze key performance indicators in the brand’s product portfolio and propose strategies to optimize growth
  • Develop data-driven methodologies to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns
  • Adheres to all other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Experience in the Health & Wellness industry, including a deep working knowledge of sector trends, consumer preferences and regulatory matters concerning the nutritional supplement category specifically
  • Experience with DTC, DTP
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced / high ambition environment
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box
  • Experience leading multiple external agencies

 

Working Conditions

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in brand management marketing, 2-3+ years managing a team
