The patient population includes infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. This is a very busy facility with a high volume of cases. The role requires familiarity with various CT procedures and technologies. Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred. The position may involve charting experience with electronic health record systems. Candidates should have knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and perform different types of scans including brain perfusion, coronary CTA, and trauma studies. The CT Tech will be required to manage patient ratios effectively during their shifts. Clienttion safety and the preparation of contrast media are part of the job responsibilities. The role also requires interpersonal skills to work closely with interdisciplinary teams. Ability to meet call requirements and flexibility in scheduling is part of the job. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a busy work environment.
