Role Description


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team full-time, on-site in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized financial advice, developing comprehensive investment strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our entrepreneurial clients. Key Responsibilities


  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advisory services to clients.

  • Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis and risk assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA) are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and industry-standard tools.
  • Licensing requirements: Must hold appropriate FINRA licenses (Series 65 or Series 66).
