You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to:/pulliAnalyze and benchmark clients existing products and services for market competitiveness, strengths, deficiencies and gaps/liliDevelop differentiation strategies and improvement recommendations/liliTrain clients on marketplace trends including conducting market research studies and developing white papers/liliDevelop strategies for providers to increase their competitiveness through differentiation of products, processes, and/or services/liliDevelop products and services for providers/liliAdvise on and implement business and technology transformation/liliResearch marketplace to support project deliverables/liliCreate detailed client deliverables that support findings and recommendations/liliAbility to reach out to Retirement Services network to gather trends/liliAct in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of retirement provider colleague/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/liliMinimum four (4) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of retirement products and services, and retirement market trends developed through professional experience./liliAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve./liliLimited immigration sponsorship may be available/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliAt least two years of external strategy management consulting experience within a large organization/liliAt least one year of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements/liliAdvanced degree in related specialization area/liliAt least one year of hands-on experience working with OMNI in a professional environment/liliParticipated in at least one business development initiative, such as proposal development or sales presentation, within related specialist areas./liliDemonstrated commitment to benefits administration and outsourcing, shown by at least one of the following: membership in a relevant professional organization, completion of related coursework or certification, or attendance at an industry conference within the past 2 years./li/ulpThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600.
