About the Company:
At Cigniti we are looking for Servicenow Solution Architects who can provide Planning, Designing and Development leadership for our team. You will be implementing best practices and provide guidance and support to end users as well.
About the Role:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Implement ServiceNow best practices. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology. Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
